We are so excited to launch the first of our dinner series ‘Diversity is Delicious’ on Thursday February 20th. Janet Hobby and myself are hosting - the brilliant Karen Man (of Oxheart fame) and my team will be cooking! Dr. Renu Khator will be sharing some of her experiences - dinner will be communal and family style at the Bake Lab. China meets India via Texas so think crawfish dumplings with soy sesame sauce, five spice oxtail and eggplant stew, tofu with citrus and chili oil, pickled cauliflower and turnips, saffron congee and lots more.
