Smoked eggplant has taken over the menu, and we cannot get enough of it! With chevre & pomegranate seed to bring out even more decadence than we could have imagined.

Whole Colorado lamb rib rack marinated in warm Goan spices slow roasted with tamarind. Served with pondi salad, desi fries, fried okra, tamarind dipping sauce & cheese uthappam.
