Mushroom Sweet Potato Samosas (v) - Sweet potato with shiitake mushrooms, kari leaves, mustard seeds, spiked with a bit of chile and ginger. With green herb chutney.

Lamb Nihari Samosas - Filled with our unctuous slow-cooked, aromatically spiced beef short ribs. With cilantro yogurt.

BBQ Masala Filet Mignon - Marinated with our signature BBQ masala, garlic and yogurt, this piece of meat will be a showstopper at your Xmas dinner table! Accompanied with eggplant pickle.

Veg Lasagna - with multiple layers of Kashmiri mushrooms, eggplant, beets, squash, spinach, paneer and more layered with gruyere, tomato sauce and herbs.

Almond Duck Stew -  A throwback from our Indika days. Duck legs slow cooked with an almond masala sauce along with duck breast cooked medium rare.

Ginger Cumin Mashed Potatoes - Idaho potatoes mashed with ghee, ginger, a creamy yogurt and finished with a cumin seed pop.

Tiger Paws - A croissant stuffed with Burgundy truffles, Kashmiri mushrooms, caramelized onions and aromatic spices…

Saffron Mac 'N Cheese - Fresh pasta cooked with a saffron white sauce, gruyere and raclette cheese and tinged with ginger and black pepper.
