August: Cook with your teen!
Smoked Tandoori Chicken Roast | Saffron Macaroni and Cheese | Local Green Salad
Children from ages 10 to 17 are welcome to join this fun class with a supervising adult. You don’t need a smoker to make smoked food. Just add certain spices and/or a few wood chips and you can create a smoky flavor with anything you cook.

September: Indo-Chinese Cooking

Chinese Indian cooking has been an integral part of the food scene in India since a few thousand Chinese immigrants arrived in the eastern city of Kolkata a few hundred years ago. Combining aromatic Indian spices with Chinese techniques then became big part of restaurant and street food culture in India.

October: Cake Decorating Class
Learning how to decorate a cake using natural ingredients like nuts, fruits, flower petals and herbs can be a game changer. You will have a choice of a gluten free chocolate or cardamom sponge to start with. We will have whipped cream of two different varieties also along with all the accruements. Dinner will be provided!

November: Plant-Exclusive Cooking
Broccoli Orange Salad | Aviyal | Sai Bhaji | Lemon Rice
Food with no meat whatsoever can be wholesome and delicious. We will explore different ways to do this and create a meal with seasonal and local vegetables.

December: Dinner Party Cooking

Having an easy meal to execute is key to having a successful dinner party! The best parties are when you can prep the main course ahead of time and then you involve your guests in helping make the drinks, set the table or chop and toss the salad.

In House Cooking Class Information
All classes are held in our Bake Lab + Shop located right above Pondicheri.
Each class includes 3-4 recipes of your choice to prepare along with dinner & dessert.
Classes are scheduled evenings, between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm. Each class lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
Classes are crafted for a minimum of 12 people so that everyone can get hands-on time. However, we have done classes with many more where some guests get hands-on and some enjoy viewing.
Classes with Anita:
Minimum 12 people at $175/per person + tax.
Classes with our Head Chefs:
Minimum 12 people at $125/per person + tax.
