Herbivore Holiday Meal


Lavish meal for the holiday table - serves 4. Includes: Pumpkin Samosas (4), Heirloom Salad, Butternut Squash Soup, Wild Mushroom Kofta, Triple Mashed Potatoes, Saag Mac'n Cheese, Cauliflower Roast, Sourdough Loaf (cranberry pecan) & Persimmon Chutney. 

Pumpkin Samosas: with hazelnuts and fenugreek, chickpea crust (vegan).

Heirloom Salad: local lettuces, micro greens, herbs & edible flowers served with fresh turmeric dressing (gluten free & vegan).

Butternut Squash Soup: made with cumin and coconut( gluten free & vegan).

Wild Mushroom Truffle Kofta: maitake, morel and beech mushrooms with black burgundy truffles,
chickpea curry (8 koftas - gluten free & vegan).

Triple Mashed Potatoes: purple, Idaho & sweet potatoes with coconut, saffron, olive oil & sesame (gluten free & vegan).

Saag Mac’n Cheese: fresh penne pasta baked with saag, paneer & gruyere.

Cauliflower Roast: made with herbs and spices and almond masala dipping sauce (gluten free & vegan).

Loaf of Sourdough: cranberry pecan  (vegan).

Persimmon Chutney: Texas persimmon tempered with kari leaves, chili, ginger, pecans & sesame oil (gluten free & vegan).
