Alexa has worked with Indika & Pondicheri for over a decade and along with Anita Jaisinghani has pioneered our Bake Lab into what it is today!
Pondicheri's Bake Lab truly enjoys experimenting & inventing new plant-based goods! In this class we will break down the fundamentals of plant based baking and make some delicious treats.
